TERMS OF SERVICE

*I reserve the right to change my terms of service at any point, and without notice
*I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiry for any reason, without having to provide the reason to the inquirer
* You are paying me for my time and service. I retain rights to all the artwork I create. Characters in my artwork belong to their respective owners1. What I WILL and WILL NOT Draw

- Animals (any/all species), mythical and original creatures/species, monsters, humans (not super experienced but willing to try), anthropomorphic animals/creatures
- Any body types
- NSFW and most NSFW themes except those described in my WILL NOT Draw section (ask if you're unsure!) (You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art from me. I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW CONTENT FOR MINORS. If I find out you are lying to me about your age, I will blacklist you and I will not allow you to commission me ever again.)
- Gore

- Anything that symbolizes or implies racism / xenophobia / sexism / homophobia / transphobia / white supremacy / etc.

- Fully mecha/robotic characters2. Extra Fees
- More than one character in one illustration
- Wings
- Complicated markings/design
- Armor or otherwise complicated clothing and accessories
- Edits requested after the sketching stage
- Mecha/robotic limbs or parts
- Backgrounds (simple BGs will have a smaller fee, complex BGs will have a higher fee)3. Payment
- I only accept USD via PayPal
- While I prefer full payment upfront, a 50% deposit can be sent to secure a spot in my queue. I do accept payment plans, not extending longer than 6 weeks until you can send the full payment. If you cannot send the full payment within 6 weeks I will cancel your commission and use the sketch I created however I like (not using your character, but turning it into something personal or a YCH). A refund will NOT be issued. You may or may not be blacklisted, depending on the reason for being unable to send the full payment.
- I will provide a rough sketch upon deposit. I will not continue making any more progress on the piece until full payment has been received.
- Refunds can only be done during the sketch phase. After I've begun lining I cannot offer a refund.4. Process
- I am happy to send you progress shots at any point during the process. I will put in any requested changes for free at the sketching stage. A small fee will be charged any time after the sketching stage, increasing in price as I get further along in the commission.
- Turnaround time can be anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. I ask that you have patience, and encourage you to ask for updates politely and respectfully. I WILL cancel your commission if you pester me or behave rudely towards me, and a refund will NOT be issued.
- If you need a commission done before a certain date for any reason (i.e a birthday gift) a rush fee may be charged.
- I reserve the right to quit a commission at any point during the process for any reason whatsoever. Refunds will be discussed if I choose to cancel a commission.
- I reserve the right to use cancelled commissions for personal use or YCH commissions.5. Reposting, Usage and Printing
- Using any art you purchase from me for NFTs/blockchains or AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- You may post your commission on your social medias or character pages as long as I am visibly credited or linked back to in some way.
- Please keep in mind that I am likely to post your commission to my own pages to advertise my commissions.
- You may print and make merch of your commission/s for your own personal use. You may NOT replicate my art for monetary gain.
